Inside Sales Associate

Here is a great opportunity for you as an Inside Sales Associate!

We are looking for an aggressive and ambitious inside sales professional who has demonstrated the ability to close business with decision makers in companies ranging from small startups to Fortune 100 companies. If you are an energetic sales professional, wanting to advance your career, this is the opportunity you have been looking for!

The Inside Sales Associates are the primary revenue generators for the firm. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-disciplined, results driven, and passionate about making money. This inside sales position is based at our headquarters in Boulder, Colorado and reports to the Director of Sales. To develop your pipeline you will be provided with well-qualified prospects from our highly successful marketing program.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of demonstrated success business to business selling
  • Track record of exceeding quotas
  • Strong relationship-building and organization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work under general supervision
  • Tenacious and creative
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience working with SalesForce or other CRM is a plus
  • Associate or bachelor degree

Benefits
Performance-based income includes a competitive base salary plus commission for an earning potential of $80K at 100% of quota. However, earning potential is unlimited with the uncapped commission!
