Abstract: ITIL version 3, the latest version of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), represents a significant advancement for the practice of Business Service Management (BSM). In this one-hour Webinar we will explore the issues surrounding the refined definition of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in ITIL v3, as well as the introduction of a more powerful system, the Configuration Management System (CMS), in which the CMDB fits.
