BMC Helix 25.3: Advances Agentic AI for AIOps, ServiceOps, and Network Reliability

BMC Helix announced the release of version 25.3, its summer 2025 update that delivers expanded capabilities across AIOps, service management, and network operations. The release strengthens the platform’s vision for agentic AI and ServiceOps by embedding orchestration among specialized AI agents, enhancing collaboration across incident response, and broadening network visibility. Key features include the HelixGPT Best Action Planner, which uses organizational data to recommend remediation actions; Ops Swarmer, now integrated with Microsoft Teams for real-time war rooms; and Vulnerability Resolver, which BMC Helix upgraded with risk heat maps, customizable dashboards, and deployment flexibility. Complementing these innovations, Helix 25.3 introduces performance and operational enhancements, including improved dashboards, reduced event noise, advanced alarm policies, and contextual self-help tools. Together, these advances reinforce BMC Helix’s position as a platform that helps enterprises achieve ServiceOps maturity while laying a foundation for enterprise service management (ESM).
