Dynatrace and ServiceNow Unite to Drive Autonomous IT at Enterprise Scale

Dynatrace and ServiceNow announced a multi-year strategic collaboration to drive innovation in autonomous IT operations using intelligent automation and tight integration. While ServiceNow currently integrates with several other observability tools, this partnership aligns Dynatrace’s AI-powered observability with ServiceNow’s autonomous service operations capabilities to move further beyond reactive operations. As part of the agreement, each vendor will adopt the other’s platform internally—Dynatrace deploying ServiceNow for enterprise service and asset management with extensive AIOps capabilities, and ServiceNow leveraging Dynatrace’s observability platform. This reinforces their commitment to product integration and accelerating customer value. Together, the two companies intend to create a modern blueprint for proactive, AI-powered observability united with service and operations management.
