ServiceNow Expands Workflow Data Fabric to Power Agentic AI with Real-Time, Governed Intelligence

At Knowledge 2025, ServiceNow unveiled major enhancements to its Workflow Data Fabric, introducing the Workflow Data Network—an expansive data ecosystem of partnerships designed to fuel AI agents and workflows with real-time intelligence. The initiative includes strategic integrations with Adobe, AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, and other major data platforms, applications, and open source tools to eliminate data silos and enable intelligent, compliant data usage across the ServiceNow AI Platform. In another move to solidify its AI data foundation, ServiceNow announced its intent to acquire data.world to further enhance and expand the capabilities of Workflow Data Fabric with advanced data catalog and governance. This strengthens ServiceNow’s position as a central AI orchestration hub, capable of unifying enterprise data, ensuring AI trustworthiness, and accelerating the shift toward autonomous, agentic operations.
