Zoho Doubles Down on Agentic AI with Zia LLM and AI Governance

Zoho Corporation unveiled a sweeping set of AI innovations, anchored by the launch of its proprietary Zia LLM and the expansion of agentic automation through Zia Agents, Zia Agent Studio, and Agent Marketplace. The launch also includes new interoperability via a model context protocol (MCP) server. The company further introduced the Zia Dashboard for AI usage governance. Within its ManageEngine division, the company also released MSP Central, a multi-tenant platform unifying PSA, RMM, monitoring, and security for managed service providers. By combining in-house AI with flexible integrations, Zoho is advancing contextual, assistive, and agentic AI while maintaining its longstanding privacy-first approach. These investments reinforce Zoho’s ambition to deliver an integrated ecosystem in which enterprises and MSPs can deploy, monitor, and scale AI responsibly across business and IT operations.
