The CloudFabrix Incident Room: Unifying IT (ITOM + ITSM) for the Digital Age
Abstract: EMA research consistently underscores the need for dynamic and predictive technologies that can help unify IT across often fractured silos. The right technology investment would ideally coordinate insight and actions across operations, IT service management (ITSM) teams, DevOps and SecOps initiatives, and business stakeholders, while also providing a critical bridge between IT planners and real-time operations. However, this is a tall order, and while many vendors may claim checkboxes in all these areas, very few can truly deliver. |
