Inseego, a provider of 5G fixed wireless access routers, recently introduced SD Edge, their new cloud-controlled software that enables its 5G routers to establish a secure, software-defined WAN (SD-WAN). With SD Edge, enterprises can connect thousands of distributed locations—including corporate branches and home offices—to a corporate network with centralized control and security. Users can dynamically manage security policies and quality of service from a central, cloud-based dashboard and securely connect edge locations and home offices to applications in data centers and the cloud.
