Observability: Challenges, Priorities, Adoption Patterns, and Solutions
Abstract: Observability has become one of the most prominent topics in technology because it is the key discipline that enables organizations to directly tie technology investments to business success. This research report identifies real-life challenges that can prevent organizations from achieving the level of observability required to squeeze the most business value out of their technology resources. Based on these challenges and current technology adoption patterns, we present enterprise priorities and make recommendations for organizations seeking to implement business-centric full-stack observability across the enterprise. |
