Abstract: SolarWinds introduced a transformative AI initiative aimed at advancing IT Service Management (ITSM): Solar Winds’ AI in Service Desk. This new development integrates advanced AI and machine learning (ML) capabilities into SolarWinds’ existing ITSM solutions – specifically, the SolarWinds Service Desk. Built on Solar Winds’ AI by Design, these enhancements are designed to optimize IT operations, augment service delivery, and significantly improve user satisfaction by enabling faster and more efficient issue resolution. |
