Abstract: Today’s IT support organizations are typically fragmented into silos, each with only partial visibility to the larger application landscape. However, to effectively manage applications requires broad insight into production systems from multiple perspectives. Lacking an understanding of applications and transactions in context to the underlying infrastructure, it is nearly impossible to deliver business services that consistently meet business expectations. |
